Sound familiar?

Staying fit shouldn't feel like a second job.

Between work, family and everything else, your own fitness is usually the first thing to slip. That's not a lack of willpower. It's a lack of time and a clear plan.

  1. There's never a free hour

Long gym sessions don't fit around work, family and everything else on your plate.

  2. Staying consistent is hard

Without a plan, one good week is easily followed by three missed ones.

  3. Which exercises actually matter?

Endless videos and conflicting advice make it hard to know what's worth your time.

  4. Programs feel overcomplicated

Most plans assume you have hours, a gym full of equipment and a coach.

FIT AFTER 50 is the simple alternative: one kettlebell, 20 minutes, three times a week, with a clear plan for every session.

The plan

A routine that fits around your life.

No gym, no complicated program, no guesswork. Just a clear plan you can start at home this week.

Fit, strong woman in a black sports top showing toned arms and core
  • 20 min per workout

Short enough for a busy morning, lunch break or evening.

  • 3× a week

Alternate a full-body and a low-impact workout, with walking days in between.

  • 1 kettlebell

All you need, plus a little floor space at home.

  • 8 weeks

Three phases that tell you how to make it harder, step by step.

Every workout builds:StrengthMobilityBalanceEndurance

Your next 8 weeks

Picture yourself eight weeks from now.

Not a quick fix. A simple routine you can actually keep, one 20-minute session at a time.

  1. Weeks 1–2: Learn

Gentler 30/30 timing, a light kettlebell and mostly the low-impact Workout B, so you learn the basic movements properly.

  2. Weeks 3–5: Build

Switch to 40/20 timing and alternate Workouts A and B. Swap easier options for the full exercises as your form improves.

  3. Weeks 6–8: Progress

Make it a little harder each week: more controlled reps, the harder options, or the next kettlebell size.

Is this for you?

Made for women who want to feel strong again.

If you nod along to any of these, FIT AFTER 50 was made for you.

  1. You want to feel strong and capable

Carrying shopping, climbing stairs, getting up from the floor: everyday strength that makes life easier.

  2. You have 20 minutes, not 2 hours

Each workout is 20 minutes, three times a week, at home.

  3. You want a clear plan, not guesswork

You always know which workout to do, how hard to push and when to step it up.

  4. You want to start gently

Weeks 1–2 use slower timing and a low-impact workout, and every exercise has an easier option.

Your first workout can start today. Download the plan right after checkout and begin with Workout B, the gentle, low-impact session.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Everything you need to know before you start. Can't find your answer?

Contact us
Who is FIT AFTER 50 designed for?

Women (and men) aged 50 and over who want to stay strong, mobile and active, especially busy people balancing work, family and everyday life who don't have hours to spend in a gym.

How long does each workout take?

Each workout is 20 minutes of training. Add the 5-minute warm-up before and the 2-minute cool-down after (both included), so plan for about half an hour. On busy days, the plan includes a 10-minute version.

How many days a week should I train?

Three workouts a week, alternating the full-body Workout A and the low-impact Workout B, with walking or rest days in between. The weekly schedule lays it out for you.

What equipment do I need?

One kettlebell, about 2 × 2 metres of floor space, a mat and any free interval-timer app. The ebook includes a simple test for choosing your starting weight and explains when to move up.

Is this a physical book or a digital product?

It's a 21-page PDF. Nothing is shipped. Read it on your phone, tablet or computer, or print it out. The tracker is designed to be printed.

How will I receive my purchase?

Right after checkout, a download link appears on your order confirmation page. You'll also receive an email with the link, so you can download it again later.

What if my download doesn't arrive?

First check your spam or promotions folder. The download link is also on your order confirmation page. If you still can't find it, contact us and we'll sort it out.

Can I get a refund?

If your download doesn't work or the file is faulty, contact us and we'll fix it. If we can't, you're entitled to a refund. Because you get instant access, you can't cancel once the download is delivered (you confirm this before you buy), but you can always contact us with any concern. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected. See our Refund Policy.

Can beginners follow the plan?

The plan starts gently: in weeks 1–2 you use a slower 30-seconds-on, 30-seconds-off timing and mostly the low-impact Workout B to learn the basic movements. Every exercise has an easier option. Go at your own pace and build up gradually.

What if I can't do some of the exercises?

Every exercise in the exercise library has an easier option, and Workout B has no jumping at all. On days when your joints feel sore, the plan suggests doing Workout B instead.

What if I have concerns about exercising?

The ebook lists situations where you should check with your doctor before starting, for example a heart condition, a recent injury or operation, or if you haven't exercised for a long time. Stop any exercise that causes pain.

You don't need more time. You need a better plan.

Twenty minutes, three times a week, with one kettlebell and a clear plan. Your first workout can start today.
