These terms of service apply to all purchases from the FIT AFTER 50 online store. Please read them before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. They do not limit any rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence.

1. Who we are

The FIT AFTER 50 online store is operated by Oscar Karlsen ("we", "us").

2. The product

We sell FIT AFTER 50 — 20-Minute Fitness Plan, a digital ebook supplied as a PDF file. The product page describes what is included. Product images show the ebook cover only and may show it on example devices. Lifestyle photographs on the website are illustrative and do not show customers or results.

3. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown on the product page. Any applicable taxes and the total price you pay are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
  • Payment is taken at checkout through the payment methods offered there. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
  • This is a one-time payment. There is no subscription.
  • The contract is concluded when you complete your order at checkout and we confirm it by email.

4. Digital delivery and download access

  • After your payment is confirmed, your download link appears on the order confirmation page and is sent to the email address you entered at checkout.
  • No physical item is shipped.
  • Please download and save the file to your own device. Contact us if your link does not work or the file is damaged, and we will help.

5. Right of withdrawal, refunds and complaints

Your right of withdrawal, how it ends when you consent to immediate delivery of digital content, and how we handle refunds and faulty downloads are explained in our Refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Licence: permitted personal use

When you buy the ebook, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, read and print it for your own private, non-commercial use.

You may not:

  • share, forward, upload, publish or distribute the ebook or any part of it, including the download link,
  • resell, rent, sublicense or give away copies of the ebook,
  • copy, adapt or use the content (including workouts, schedules and the tracker) in your own products, courses or coaching services,
  • remove any copyright notices from the file.

7. Copyright and intellectual property

The ebook, its text, layout, images and all other content on this website are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights, and belong to us or our licensors. Buying the ebook does not transfer any ownership of these rights to you. Unauthorised copying or sharing may lead to legal action.

8. Health and exercise disclaimer

  • The ebook contains general fitness information for healthy adults. It is not medical advice and does not replace advice from a doctor, physiotherapist or other qualified professional.
  • Talk to your doctor before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, an injury, are pregnant, take medication, or have not exercised for a while.
  • Always exercise within your own abilities, warm up, use a weight you can control with good technique, and stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or discomfort.
  • Results vary from person to person. We do not promise any specific physical, health or weight-related result.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for injury or loss resulting from exercising in a way that ignores the safety guidance above or the advice of a medical professional. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

10. Your consumer rights

If you buy as a consumer, you have rights under the mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits those rights. If any part of these terms conflicts with mandatory law, the law applies, and the rest of these terms remain in force.

11. Privacy

We process your personal information as described in our Privacy policy.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of that country.

If you have a complaint, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Consumers in Norway can also contact the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet), and consumers in the EU can contact the European Consumer Centre in their country. This does not affect your right to take a dispute to the courts.
