FIT AFTER 50 is operated by Oscar Karlsen, Sognsveien 4, 0451 Oslo, Norway. This policy explains how our digital products are delivered and how cancellations, withdrawal requests, and refunds are handled for customers worldwide.

We aim to treat every customer fairly and comply with the consumer protection laws that apply to each purchase. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any mandatory rights you may have under the laws applicable to you.

1. Digital products — no physical shipping

FIT AFTER 50 sells digital products, including the FIT AFTER 50 — 20-Minute Fitness Plan, supplied as a downloadable PDF ebook.

No physical product will be shipped, and no shipping fees apply.

2. How you receive your download

After your payment is successfully confirmed:

• Your download link will be provided on the order confirmation page.

• We will also send a download link to the email address provided at checkout.

• You may use the provided link to access your purchased file, subject to any reasonable security or download restrictions disclosed at purchase.

If you cannot find your download email, please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still cannot access your purchase, contact us using the details in Section 7.

3. Cancellation and right of withdrawal

Your right to cancel an online purchase depends on the consumer protection laws applicable to your location and purchase.

In some jurisdictions, consumers have a cooling-off or withdrawal period for online purchases. For example, consumers covered by applicable EU/EEA rules generally have a 14-day withdrawal period for distance purchases, subject to legal exceptions. Special rules apply to digital content supplied electronically.

Where permitted by applicable law, the right of withdrawal for digital content may end once delivery begins if all legally required conditions have been satisfied. These conditions may include your express consent to immediate delivery, your acknowledgement of the applicable loss of the withdrawal right, and our confirmation of that consent and acknowledgement.

We will not treat your right of withdrawal as waived unless the applicable legal requirements have been met.

If you believe you are entitled to withdraw from your purchase, contact us within the applicable withdrawal period and clearly state that you wish to cancel. Include your order number and purchase email address if available. You do not need to provide a reason where the applicable law does not require one.

If your withdrawal request is valid, we will process any refund within the time limit required by applicable law and use the original payment method unless another arrangement is legally permitted and agreed.

4. Download issues and digital content that does not conform to its description

If your download link does not work, your file is damaged or inaccessible, or the product does not conform to its description, please contact us.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue, which may include:

• Providing a replacement download link.

• Supplying a corrected or working file.

• Providing another remedy required by applicable consumer protection law.

If the issue cannot be resolved as required by law, or if another remedy is appropriate under the circumstances, you may be entitled to a price reduction, cancellation of the contract, or a refund.

These rights may apply even if the ordinary right of withdrawal has ended.

5. Change-of-mind refund requests

Because digital products can be delivered immediately, a change-of-mind refund may not be available once delivery begins and the applicable legal conditions for losing the withdrawal right have been met.

Where no statutory withdrawal right or other mandatory refund entitlement applies, we do not normally offer refunds for change of mind after digital delivery has begun.

However, you are welcome to contact us if you have concerns about your purchase. We will review requests fairly and consider the circumstances.

Nothing in this section removes or limits any mandatory right to a refund, cancellation, price reduction, or other remedy under applicable law.

6. International customers and applicable consumer rights

We accept that customers may purchase our products from different countries, and consumer protection rules are not identical worldwide.

Your purchase remains subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you. If those laws provide rights or remedies that differ from this policy, the mandatory legal requirements will prevail.

This policy is not intended to waive consumer rights that cannot legally be waived or to suggest that the same withdrawal period applies in every country.
